At Ottawa Team Threads, we want you to wear your team colors with pride and total satisfaction. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is protected for its journey back to our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
